Karanpura Energy Limited (the company) is a public limited company domiciled in India and incorporated on 19.09.2008, under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956. The Company is incorporated for development of coal block but the coal block has been deallocated by MOC,GOI, vide its letter dtd.27/12/2019. Thus, the basic objective of the company is now vanished and thus closure needs to b effected, after having the confirmation in this regard from the Board & Members.
